For any reason, if any customer is unsatisfied with the order, you can contact us to arrange a return.
For purchases not made directly through KOBRA’s online store, please contact retailers for refunds.

What are the requirements for a 30-Day Money-Back for Any Reason?
KOBRA must be notified no later than 30 days after a customer receives their order.
The products must be in perfect condition, unused, with original packaging, and should be returned with any and all accessories. KOBRA reserves the right to assess fees for any damaged or missing parts, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

We will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours if your return is accepted.
For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to KOBRA with the following information:

How to return an item?
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If an item was purchased on free shipping standard, the cost would be charged at our cost price and deducted from the purchase price.
Customers will return items at their own cost and time and must prepay all shipping charges or associated costs
The customer shall bear all risks of loss or damage to the product while in transit to KOBRA.

Can I get a refund for an order I just placed?
You can get a refund within 3 days of placing your order.
Once the order has shipped, we cannot accommodate any refund or changes to the delivery address.
Received damaged products and wrong deliveries?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
